Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to Wavelength
A deposit of 25% of the course fee is required to reserve your place on the course.
The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the course.
In the event the course is cancelled by the school prior to the start and if an alternative date cannot be mutually arranged any deposits are refundable in full.
If a course is cancelled during the course jointly agreed make-up dates will be arranged.
If the student cancels every effort will be made to replace them on the course. If they can be replaced then monies paid will be refunded however where they have been sent a precourse package a charge of $100 will be retained to cover costs of the package.
If they cannot be replaced then all payments to that date are non-refundable. If the student has prepaid the entire amount and cancels nore than 30 days before the course starts then only the deposit is forfeited if they cannot be replaced.
If the written exam is failed it can be re-taken at no extra charge a minimum of 14 days after the first exam was taken.
Every effort will be made to develop practical skills to the necessary level. If this proves impossible, additional coaching can be provided after the course at extra cost.
