Dates for 2018 Courses now open for registration
Basic and Intermediate Afloat Courses now include access to online self-study Ashore Knowledge modules from LearnToCruiseOnline.ca. These modules provide video screencasts by our instructors that clarify and supplement the text(s) for the Ashore Knowledge component of Basic and Intermediate. Completing the Ashore Knowledge modules in advance of your afloat course prepares you to pass the Sail Canada ashore knowledge exam and enables us to focus more on sailing and cruising skills when we’re on the water.
Why not complete the Ashore Knowledge (theory) over the winter to be ready for next season!?
If you are unsure of your course dates, then you can register with LearnToCruiseOnline.ca for $100 to study the theory. The Ashore Knowledge fee will be deducted from the Afloat course fee for any Canadian course in 2018,
